Connected breathing is a breathing technique that takes us to our world of feelings.

In a safe environment we go to these deeper layers with you.

You keep breathing through everything that presents itself.

This allows trauma/events to integrate.

By paying attention, the emotional tension of an event can become more intense.

This will make you feel lighter and more complete.

Please read carefully this list of Contraindications. 

Because the breathwork can be both physically and mentally intense, you must report the following contraindications when making an appointment.

Sometimes it may be possible to schedule a custom one-on-one session.

However, you are not eligible for a group session.

Contraindications are:

Pregnancy Asthma or epilepsy Severe post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) Detached retina (retinal detachment) Glaucoma Kidney disease or kidney disease High blood pressure Diabetes Aneurysm in the brain or abdomen Cardiovascular disease such as heart attack or stroke (in the past) Uncontrolled thyroid disease brain is affected (such as antidepressants, medication for anxiety disorders) Diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or psychiatric illness Admission for psychiatric illness or emotional crisis in the past 10 years Or if you have medical reasons to be careful with vigorous physical exertion and emotional discharge.
