Connecting workshop for couples

In this in-depth workshop you learn to truly be together, to connect more deeply by seeing and feeling each other through connected breathwork.

This is a surprising date for couples in a unique setting! 

We provide a light meal during a short break, tea and water is always available.

Ticket price is per couple.

Because the breathwork can be both physically and mentally intense, you must report the following contraindications when making an appointment.

If you have any of these contraindications, please contact us.

Sometimes it may be possible to schedule a custom one-on-one session.

However, you are not eligible for a group session.

Contraindications are:

Pregnancy Asthma or epilepsy Severe post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) Detached retina (retinal detachment) Glaucoma Kidney disease or kidney disease High blood pressure Diabetes Aneurysm in the brain or abdomen Cardiovascular disease such as heart attack or stroke (in the past) Uncontrolled thyroid disease brain is affected (such as antidepressants, medication for anxiety disorders) Diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or psychiatric illness Admission for psychiatric illness or emotional crisis in the past 10 years Or if you have medical reasons to be careful with vigorous physical exertion and emotional discharge.
