This online program is a multi-faceted introduction to the world of self-care and inner growth, designed to be repeated weekly. The first video starts with a clear explanation of what meditation is and how it can contribute to personal development. You will then be taken through a basic meditation session, in which the focus is on understanding and experiencing meditation in its essence. In addition, there is the body scan using a trigger point ball. This session is intended to make you aware of physical sensations and tensions in the body and how these can be relieved with simple, effective techniques. Using the trigger point ball helps release deeper muscle tension and promotes a deeper sense of relaxation and well-being. As the icing on the cake, we introduce a short session of connected breathwork. Here you will learn the basic principles of this breathing technique, aimed at creating a deeper connection between body and mind. The session helps you use breathing as a powerful tool for self-care and emotional regulation. These three components together form a comprehensive self-care package that is accessible to beginners, but also valuable to those with more experience in self-development.
